Well I thought I would try posting my daily food intake and see if I can improve what I am eating.
Please feel free to make comments both good and bad and any suggestions you may have are more then welcome.
Today is Dec 3rd, 2007.
I'm starting at 138lbs.
My food intake for today :
(I'm working night shift so the times will vary from week to week as I switch from day shift to night shift)
Woke up at 3:30pm
Breakfast at 4:30pm : 1/2 cup of Quaker harvest honey and oat cereal, 1 cup of milk and 1 banana.
6:30pm : a large homemade coffee, 3 tbs cream, 3 splenda.
9pm : 1 granny smith apple, 1 low fat cheese string and 1 cup of water
12pm : 20 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes of weight lifting upper and lower body.
1pm : a salad (spinach, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, 2 piece's of cheese cut up, 1 boiled egg, green pepper, red pepper) with 2 tbs of low fat salad dressing, 1 cup of water
3pm : hot chocolate (I'll usually have another coffee but thought I would change that)
4pm : grapes and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
7am : drive home and go to bed.
Not prefect but could be far worse I think. Any comments?
