as promised... here are a few pics of the babies i managed to scramble up while i was feeding everyone tonight. =D their mamma was being a riot!!!! she wanted to like crawl between me and the birthing room wall... and knock me down... and also managed to lick the camera... hahah sooo cute!

soooo sorry... the pictures are a bit blurry i cant seem to get my camera settings right =T

sooo as of tomorrow i am reaffirming my commitment to my lifestyle change^^ i have a dry erase board that i am using to keep track of everything i do =P it pretty cute... 5 weeks worth... i am considering it my 2nd set of 5 weeks.

i have:

eat well __
miles __ f(lexibility) __
water _______
vitamin __
self care __ __

mmm thats it... and i just check mark everything... or tally (water)... or mark in the number (miles) wherever i see fit =P

btw self care simply means... things i already do... 2x a day ... like brushing teeth, but also fixing my hair, nails, and lubing up my skin ^_~ with lotion.

the next 5 weeks will be great =D

hehe yeah i am loving the calendar =D i love just checking things off i feel like im accomplishing sooo much!

omgosh 0__o sooo i went to this place called tropical smoothie... they are soooo deceiving but yummy... i had a peaches n' silk smoothie (peaches strawberry and banana) and a turkey guacamole sandwich and wheat chips... sounds pretty innocent right?! 1185 calories!!! D: wow... but it was sooo good... and i didnt even eat the whole sandwich... soo that will be a part of my dinner tonight... lol... sooo a salad is a must for dinner tonight! sooo basically this is making up my breakfast/lunch and even a part of dinner!! sooo crazy!

3 pounds till i hit 20 pounds lost!!!!!! haha that is exciting... i have never lost that much weight before. when i did my 2 weeks of craziness and quitting i would lose like 5 pounds of water weight and gain it all back.

(my mouth tastes like pool water -_-? soooo strange =P )

mommy24monsters - i am checking right now... =P i am taking a cheap little ol' dollar general brand... called complete... i think... lol and its just a plain multivitamin... i think i am going to check about getting a fiber supplement and vitamin B complex as well... because its not covered in this vitamin lol.

olux - thanks girl^^ haha you know... i didnt have any like dry erase markers xD sooo i used my highlighters... lol worked well enough XD

alta - i like being really organized... and the board totally does it for me =D i just check everything off and feel truly accomplished at the end of the day... and nothing is forgotten.

ivette - the board just has things like eat well, miles done, flexibility done, water drank, vitamin taken, and self care which covers hair, teeth, nails, and my new body lotion used 2x a day. =D and i also have things written down... like in my first 5 weeks i lost 15 pounds... my goals for the next five weeks... like how many miles i want to walk (200), my goal weight (185) and my measurements soo i can check again at the end for inches lost ^^

Well done for making up for that by having less calories at dinner. That's soooo sensible & takes willpower to do that.
Actually the idea of turkey guacamole has me salivating.........ahhhh I am finding dieting v. hard today lol --- need to get to bed before I demolish the entire kitchen.

Well keep up the hard work gal, and congrats for doing so well and persevering and making great goals for yourself which will really help you feel great.

I'm just reading your diary and wanted to congratulate you on losing 20 pounds woohoo!!! Now not only do we have the same name, but we almost weigh the same as well lol I'm exactly 200.0 and cant wait to get into the 100's like you!!
 
I hate that about water. .going so much, Its gets old but at the end of the day I know my body is being cleaned out and that is a good feeling! good for you for keeping hydrated!!

That sandwich sounded SO flippin good! guacamole does have tons of calories but it has the kind of fats you want to have so I can't really say you made naughty choice at all and you only ate half!!!

I take this pill called green tea or something or another it is supposed to help boost your metabolism. .now I don't like diet pills, but I bought this a while back and never used it and when I decided this time it was going to be for real I started to take them and the weird thing is is that when I take them my body feels warm like it's burning calories. .I love the feeling and I honestly think it works unless its really just that placebo effect. .lol. .but I also take flax seed pills and fish oil. .need to get some calcium pills to because I don't drink nearly enough milk that my body needs but good for you for taking vitamins. .Apples are a great way to get fiber too!

where to begin...

my weight is fluctuating really bad right now... it started... maybe on monday =T i think... lol but its staying in the high 190's/low 200's... sooo i binged 2 nights in a row... on like rice cakes and tortilla chips... it just feels like everything is stuck inside me... >_< and then yesterday my mom went and got a tattoo... and like we were there for 5 hours... i had a 90 calorie nature's valley bar... and then... we ate at this barbecue joint -_-" (i wonder if my mom is trying to sabotage me because she isnt losing weight anymore) and not even before i was done... it started making me feel icky... i started burping like crazy... lol... all through walmart i was a bloated mess...

ive been in a good mood other than the weight gain... sooo anyways this morning i wake up... and i go to the bathroom... and guess what?! i had started my period... sooo that totally explains the weight gain and problems in the bathroom... but there was ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING! i havent been pmsing at all... which is not like me... i usually spend the week before and of my period being an insane moody cow on the verge of tears... sooo it seems that the exercising and change in my diet has cured my pms... no killer cramps =D its very exciting.

sooo today i have had...

-smoothie - 200 calories
-panini - 450 calories
-rice cake minis (chocolate and caramel) - 70 calories
TOTAL - 720 calories

for dinner i am having pizzas with my sister... soo that will finish off my day =D
 
lol you guys are sooo silly... im not quite at 20 pounds yet... especially with the water weight... right now im closer to 15 pounds being gone =P

haha but its a major motivation to get to 20 before the continuation challenge on monday =D

I have been working my but off with the diet mixed with school, I never tough it would be this hard hehehe...:svengo: still I'm doing ok and everything I skipped the nutritionist last week and still don't knw my weight, not that I wanted to skip him but I had to check on 3 patients that day so my teacher approves the treatment for the semester. I'm going tomorrow I really hope I can be as exited as u are::hurray:

I know what you mean about that time of month. .grrr. .I was at 10 pounds down then just this last Saturday my friend visited and I am up 3 but I'm not stressing. .I really need to do more of the exercises like you said because if it helps with the PMS and cramps I am so there. .lol. .

AaaanEway. . .I seen you joined the challenge too. . .wooohoooo. .I've got to get in the mind set again. .lol

No comment on the "that time of the month" stuff (blush) But good work on hangin in there. Time to leave that 200 far enough behind that next month you won't bounce back over it when uhhh...you know..happens.
