okay soooo today turned into a rest day... because i woke up with a temperature of 100.0, sore throat, headache, and i was feeling completely wobbly. lol... =T
sooo i am not working out... D: but i really wanted to... i know better than to exert myself when im sick though... bad bad bad idea.
i'm forcing myself to eat... i dont want to let my metabolism slow down too much...
yogurt - 55 calories
panini (chicken breast, colby/cheddar cheese, lettuce, cucumber) - 600 calories
TOTAL - 655 calories
LATER... (my intentions)
-strawberry smoothie - 100 (or 200 depending on if my sister has some) calories
-taco salad (avocado, tomato, tortilla chips, chicken breast, no fat plain yogurt, shredded cheese, lettuce) - 665 calories
lets hope thats how it happens... lol
ohhh... kill that smoothie... my neighbor is bringing me some V-8 to help me feel better... oh i dont know... maybe just less junk on my salad... either or... it will fit the 1400 calories.
