omg still walking.jogging 8 miles is intensee!! i cant do that. im about to go do cardio in a bit and i wana just do treadmill today so im gona atempt to do your 8 miles. ahah ok im gona shoot for 3 miles haha. that would be a great achievment for me :)

GIRLL GOOD JOB WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS! I know when we look at our loss from day to day or week to week, it may not seem substantial. BUT OMG LOOK a month ago, you were almost 15 pounds heavier. I'm so glad you're a part of this forum and im soooo proud of you for workign so hard! imagine another 10-15 at teh end of this month! you OCULD be down 25-30 pounds! WHOA! youre giving me a run for my moneyyyyy chicky! :) but anyway, really, you are doing so great!! :party: keep up that attitude!

Isn't it awesome?!!! I'm soooo excited to be feeling better and be done with my move. Losing weight is actually FUN and not too hard. In fact, I think it's much harder to gain weight!

Keep going at it!
 
T_T you guys... i really dont feel good... i havent worked out today... and i just continue to have this constant headache... and like low energy =T bleh...

i dont know if i have a virus... or something along those lines... or maybe i am dehydrated...

I hope its not really dehydration, how much water are you taking a day?

I had a funeral out of state and that's why I've been missing this days. I got in a couple of times but didn't have the time to write anything. I lost 3.5 pounds this week I went to the nutritionist today and I think its going to be ok from now on hehe...
 
maybe since you just got over a cold you are dehydrated. Take 2 pills and then kick it the ass!! I think exercise is supposed to get rid of headaches. .so I hear. .I have yet to try it myself though so yeah, let me know how that works. . lol

okay okay! i am getting off my rear and chugging some water^^ taking a tylenol and then getting up and working out... its the best thing i can do for myself. i will be truly miserable if i dont =P

^^mmm btw... thursday february 12th is my 1 month anniversary with weight loss =P
soo february 13th my mom and i are joining curves =D
we went and had a consultation with the owner yesterday and tried out a machine or two... oh my! 0__o i think they are hydraulics machines or something she said. totally after 30 seconds i could feel the burn! she was pretty amazing. she started curves as an overweight person and now she is fit^^ ... but my mom is trying to get me to stop my cardio >_< she thinks 3 days a week of 30 minutes intervals is going to be too hard for me... -___-" i wonder... if secretly she is trying to slow down my results... we are at the same point right now but she is not working out... her weight loss has been from diet only...

soo im thinking... listen to my body... and try out

monday - curves (sneaking 2 miles or soo late at night >=D or when she isnt around)
tuesday - 4-8 miles
wednesday - curves (sneaking 2 miles or soo late at night >=D or when she isnt around)
thursday - 4-8 miles
friday - curves (sneaking 2 miles or soo late at night >=D or when she isnt around)
saturday - 4-8 miles
sunday - rest

who knows... i just need to keep in that cardio! its sooo important to me... but if i have muscle fatique and soreness... i will... just LISTEN TO MY BODY!

any movement is better than none!
 
Good Job Angelica!!! You excersize habits are amazing..Indeed they are... I don't think I could excersize that much.. You will be at your goal in no time.. Just think 6 months from now wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww chick.. You gonna be the fittest women around... :party: Keep it up!!! Also a lot of it has to do with your food intake have you been eating real healthy.. Personally I think your doing amazing and I will kick you in the butt.:smash::smash:. if you don't do it....:cheers2:
 
oh btw =D my new best friend is the eyelash curler... i love it! hehe mmm i just feel sooo much more feminine now that i am losing weight xD

and yesterday i wore my like pants... and my "mushroom" or "muffin" top is disappearing... im looking better and better =D

haha oh another best friend... 2 graham crackers and no fat vanilla yogurt (1/8-1/4 cup) ... heheh soo like tops 175 calories... i dip the crackers in the yogurt and its like frosting =P hehe yummy yummy!
