Angela's Diary

Ah, the joys of eating sensibly! Goodbye and good riddance to those 2.2 lbs! I just hope they don't find their way onto me this weekend. If they do, I'm sending them back.

Again, way to go! You're doing fantastic.

Thats fantastic loss Angela.
2.2 is very nice indeed!:D

Ah swimming- I wish it was warm enough to do that here.:D

Thanks, darlin! *does happy dance*

My apartment complex has an indoor lap pool, which is open year round. They already opened the outdoor pool but really it's not warm enough here for that yet. Not for me, anyway. I love the lap pool because when you use it you are the only one that uses it. You sign up for it in 30-minute increments. If no one is waiting after your 30 minutes you can continue. Surprisingly, it's never really used much. The solitude especially works for me since I am still in that anti-swimsuit phase. ;)

Nice.
I was really thinking about getting one of thise 'endless pools' that you see commercials for. Figured I would just throw it in the basement somewhere.
The damn things are expensive though and take up a good amount of space.

I've seen those! They look pretty fun. They are really expensive, though. Basement? *shudders* That might be a lil creepy. Well, unless it's a nice, finished basement. :D

Is partially finished now....not creepy at all!
No room to put it in the actual house. If I had a house that big I wouldn't worry about the price of the pool.:D

I decided that tacos would be a good dinner last night. They were homemade, of course. I used ground turkey instead of beef, ff cheese, no sour cream, and lots of lettuce and tomato. The soft shells were wheat and the tortilla chips were light.

I wouldnt call this stupid. I would say you have taken the correct steps to incorperate normal food into you diet in a healthy way. You can expect to quit all your favorite foods cold turkey without failing at some point. I completely believe that you need to allow yourself to enjoy the foods you love. Just dont eat as much or make a healthier version of them.

You are on the right track and I know you will do great. Like Ive told a bunch of other people, I highly recommend keeping a journal of all your calories throughout the day.

Very nice, wish I could have one.

Never thought of it that way . . .

Well, I kind of do . . . I keep track of my Points. And let me tell you, when I started doing that - I was amazed at how much I was really eating!

Very nice, wish I could have one.

Well, if you're ever in my neighborhood . . . . :D

You know Kentucky is just around the block from Oregon. Maybe Ill swing by later this afternoon. Sound good? :)

That does sound good. Ive never thought about that before. Im going to try it.
Im bummed that they dont make FF butterscotch pudding. :drool5:

You know, I compared the FF and the SF puddings and it seems the SF puddings have less calories than the FF.

. . . . what about a "cook-n-serve" FF butterscotch pudding? Do they make those?

You know Ive never checked. Ill have to look into it. Okay, I will probibly get kick off the forum for this but here goes.

My wife makes this chocolate pudding pie with whipped cream and a chocolate gram cracker crust that is to die for. I know Im making everyone stumble right now so Im sorry. It is soooo good. :drool5::drool5::drool5::drool5::drool5:

Well, that was random. lol. And how many calories it that??

So you are on the weight watchers points system? Whats that like?
Im sure that the pudding pie I bring with be just a little too many calories.
