That's to be expected since I didnt acheive exercise goals this week and was extra naughty.

I wonder if I see the 89s next week? My goal.:)

You've lost 5 is 6 weeks! Way to go - that is an awesome accomplishment!!! Keep it up! Think how much more will fall off once you are reaching your exercise goals consistently. Wow - good inspiration!! :)
 
Well several months later.........

I should start monitoring again. it really helped last time.

UPDATE: I started at 96.3 kg and as of this morning I am 86.4kg so 100g off 10KG! That's half way. I've not been good, not been exercising, except for running after the kids. hence the slow loss (10kg in 6 months hahaha!) anyway, it's off. 10 more to go! gotta do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
