I figured I'd start my own little diary on here, because it seems like it would be the only way that I would stay focused.
Let me start by saying that my name is Kristi... I am 22 years old, and I am 5'5 and I weigh 138. Although I don't have much to lose right now, I am slowly seeing my weight creeping up...and I'd like to get a handle on it now!
I'm mostly a health food eater, and it makes it easier that my boyfriend is also the same way...so whatever I make at home, he will eat too! It makes it nice to have someone by my side trying to be healthy.
The reason that I am wanting to lose weight and tone up right now, is because we booked a cruise for March 2009...so that would def. be my goal date!
So, let it begin!!!

I REALLY need to start doing that...its just hard when I feel like all I do is go to work and then come home and go to bed. I do have a Wii Fit, but I only really do it on the weekends! I think my goal should be that I am going to work out 3 times during the week.
