hmm... ok day.
Couldn't go to the gym because a friend asked me to help him move. That turned out to be my workout (moving furniture around!)
He treated me to dinner, which increased my calorie intake, but I was adamant I will only get soup :)

Total caloiries for today: 1700
 
I feel lighter!! I started doing the bike today, but felt I was so light I had to leave the bike and go for the treadmill! I ran a 6K run. Feeling much better today.

Total calories consumed: 1600
 
This is the first day ever I succumb to temptation :( I had a kebab roll today when I actually wanted to get a green salad. This is not going to happen again!!

Total calories: 1700
Workout: none :( I was really tired at work today. Tomorrow I am going to run twice as much!

Today was a good day. Did the bike for 60 minutes (Bike said I burned 600 calories).
Total calories consumed: 1200

My body is resisting very much, but I am just upping my game. We will see how it goes

I was invited to dinner with friends at a swiss restaurant. Luckily they had low-calorie options. I had a chicken breast and salad. My total calories for today is 1300. I will go run tomorrow :)

You are doing great!!!! Keep on exercising and you will get where you want to be!!! When I go out in a restaurant or at a friends house I always snack on raw carrots stick before hand so I eat smaller portions during diners, but you seem like you are staying away from temptation keep it up!!!
 
Thanks :) I try to avoid going to dinner outside at all costs, but when I have to, I try to go for the lightest meals. I like the carrot stick idea though :)

Aaaaaa. today I didn't go to the gym again (this is the third day in a row! :( ). Luckily, I didn't eat a lot. Total calories: 1300. Tomorrow, I am going to run for one hour!!! I am gonna do it no matter what!!
 
I finally did it. Went to the gym today and ran for 35 mins (3.8 miles). I followed this by walking with friends like an hour in the snow.

Total calories for today: 1350.

There is something going on here. I feel the resistance of my body is breaking, and I am losing weight easier. I used to have huge resistance and to workout for hours only to lose like 0.1 lbs. This is now changing though for no obvious reason. It is a happy day for me :)
 
Hmmmm.... not a good day.
Went to dinner with friends, and I didn't do very well today :( It wasn't catastrophic, but it wasn't what I wanted either.
I had a chocolate cake piece and pasta with creamy sauce... grrrrr.

Total calories for today: 2000 :eek:
Didn't exercise much either :(

Tomorrow is gonna be better
 
one less than perfect day won't kill your good effort so far, just jump straight back on track tomorrow :)

I did better today :D I ran for 40 minutes, and practiced boxing for 10 minutes after. Total calories burnt: 550

Food-wise, I got invited one more time to dinner with friends (!!). I was better prepared this time, and I insisted on not ordering a dessert :) Total calories for today: 1700
 
Got invited to a birthday party today. This is REALLY unbelievable. Third day IN A ROW i get invited to something like this (yesterday was dinner with friends, day before was business dinner).

I had a weird plan for today. I ate only around 400 calories worth of food, then went and exercised for an hour (burnt: 450 calories), then went to the party like that. I ate a lot :( Probably 1500 calories worth of food or something. So this brings the total to 1900 calories. It is bad but not a disaster :)
 
This is one of my best days. Went to the gym and ran 7km (4.3 miles) in 40 minutes, then did some light weight training

My total food intake today is 1200 calories. Probably the only bad thing for today is that at the end of the day i was like 800 calories, so I had to eat a bunch of bad food just to reach the 1200 calories mark so i don't go into starvation mode!

No workout today. Was feeling a little sick, and decided to take a rest. Probably it is all the walking in the snow

You're looking good! And good idea to rest today if you're not feeling great. I wasn't feeling peachy today so have had a day off and just eating very well to compensate!
