anyways, for others, I am Anand, 22, from Delhi, India. 6 feet tall and weighing 90kgs. I need to loose 20 kg.

- 1 small banana .
- 1/2 cup tea.
- 1 biscuit.
Lunch:
- 1/2 bowl rice
- 1 Omlette
- 3 spoon red lentilis curry(dal).
Workout (till now):
- 15 mins walk to my neighborhood gym to take admission
