The 190 LB Bridezilla

I am getting married on May 15 next year and I desperately need to lose weight. I have yoyo'ed diet for almost 5 years now. Losing weight 5 years ago of 55 lbs and gaining it all back slowly in the last 3 years.

We are spending around NZD 33000 on this wedding and if I don't look the way I want to look -- I'll feel like all of that money will just go to waste!

So I desperately need to lose weight for that, but also because I have become this really negative and moody person who hates everyone beautiful. Every time I see a good looking girl I always say Ugh I'm sure she's dumb. I have become a hater and it's pathetic and it's so not me.

I hate everything about myself including my fat fingers, my thick round stomach, my double chin and my eye bags which are all because of eating too much and not exercising.

It's time for me to turn it around and stop whining and just "doing". I have started yesterday and I can feel that this time is different from all the efforts I have done in the past 5 years because I've really had enough!

I huff and puff just walking and it's gross knowin that I am just 23 years old! I am so unfit carrying 60 lbs of extra weight with me! I did it before, I'm sure I can do it again!


I hope you guys support me because you're all I have to depend on.




July 30 - Starting weight (ate kaye's scale) 191 lbs


Breakfast-1 tub of yogurt 80 cals
Lunch- fish and 3 spoons of rice 500 cals
Snack - 2 pieces of mentos and 1 slice of garlic bread 200 cals
Dinner- Roast chicken with a little bit of butter (bad I know!) 500 cals

WALKED for 40 minutes

1280 cals minus walking 250 calories = 1030 calories

August 1


Breakfast - 2 slices of garlic bread, 3 spoonfuls of oats I didnt finish it it's eww and yogurt tub (400 cals)

I was going to go for a walk today but we found out that my partner had his stuff stolen from his car so we decided to just do taebo. Which we found out actually burns more calories!

Taebo for 40 mins= 400 cals! So basically zeroed my intake for today! AWESOME!

Now thinking what I'll have for lunch, wish me luck!

How I look like right now, hoping to change this within 3 months even down by 10 kgs as I need to look good for our engagement photo shoot!!:svengo:
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast oats 300 cals
Lunch subway 400 cals
snacks sampalok and one small slice of cake (oh no- 400 cals)
dinner chicken adobo 500 cals
exercise taebo -400 cals

total 1200 cals


Today

Breakfast none
Lunch 2 slcs of toast 1 egg

walked for 30 mins

yet to have dinner!
 
Hey there!

Your calorie intake is kinda low, I would consider using some online calculators to determine how much you should be eating. Generally anything less than 1200 for anyone isn't recommended!

Keep up the good work though, I'm sure you'll look fantastic for your wedding, your dress is beautiful!
