Came back from Tulsa on Sunday. I got 2nd place over all. I hit some nice PRs and have this new vengence to get my HWD to at least 22 feet before the end of the year.

Plan is to capture C class and move up to B class at the Bedford competition on the 11th of Oct.

11 days out from competing in Bedford. Hopefully this will be my spot to close up C class and move onto B class.

My JV and varsity girls closed out their volleyball season with another spectacular win tonight. Soooo...in celebration I'm going to hit some biceps and triceps.

I just found out this morning that they moved C class to Sunday. This screws me out of the competition since my kiddos birthday is on Sunday. Ah well, I'll hit Salado in November. The only downfall is this is an open Game and so I won't be able to move up in a weightclass.

I suppose this means I can increase the volume of my workouts now though.
