*to realize that a couple of bad days do not make this a failed effort.
 
Don't let the bad week get you down. You still lost weight and have the opportunity to make this week great. :D

They certainly do not. I have trouble relating to the points system Amy & don't post in your diary that often, but I do always read it. Never let a bad day stop you. We all have them. We just pick ourselves up & keep moving forward. I don't think I have told you before, but I love your signature quote :D

FP Actual: No idea...Big Fred took my Fitbit instead of his. But I worked direct care for 6.5 hours so I think my step count was pretty good.

 
Weigh-in this morning...

And after a not-so-great weekend, I managed to get back in the right mindset for the last three days of the week. And...





I lost 0.2 pounds! :jump::jump::jump:



That makes a total of 15 pounds since Feb. 26. This means I hit my first mini-goal. Over a stone lost, right? Yay, me!

Hi guys! I've been super, super busy at work and at home so I haven't had a chance to post here. Nevertheless, I'm staying on track and doing well with my food, exercise not so much, but stuff happens, you know? I'm hoping to update my journal soon and visit some of yours. I hope you all are having great days and weeks.
