hey girl,
just thought i should check in on you. have read a couple of posts and i think your doing great! wow, being able to fit into clothes you couldn't before must feel fabulous! I'm hoping a few month's down the line i can say the same....can't wait!

was really sorry to read about your back pain issues...that must really suck! hope the chirporacter can solve it once and for all.

and i'm so jealous of your cat! a cat that follows you around just like a dog? priceless! where i live there's a cat but she's such a total snob! she doesn't like anyone getting within an inch of her...go figure! she only comes near when there's food in the vicinity. I've always been a dog person and when i move out will get myself a dog......OR a cat that thinks she's a dog lol!

my cat is the ultimate dog. I don't know if he realizes he is a cat. he is actually sleeping next to me right now and he does that all the time, he doesn't like to be alone, I love that little furry bastard haha. I want to get a pug now, but they are very needy too. I am going to see some fighting over who gets my attention in the house!

congrats on fitting into that old skirt! i love the feeling of putting something on that didn't fit a couple weeks ago...it's really motivating. :)

today has been a good, simple day so far.

got up at 11 am though (I am lazy!)

had a fruit cocktail, strawberries, a pear, grapes
with a bit of cottage cheese. I found one that I like! Borden 1%milk fat.
and a bit of a natural whole grain granola mix I love that has nuts and dry fruits in it. it is a bit expensive but the taste is great and I only use a small amount
I also had a cup of black tea with milk and a tbsp of honey, It was such a nice breakfast.

for lunch I had a chicken breast, a lot of spinach with onions
and just a hint of lemon ,pepper and soy on top. I also had a bit of nopalitos, (soft cactus) with tomato.

then a 90 cal. belvita snack. (rice cake that tastes like lemon pie, delicious)

I am having a light night though. maybe just a slim fast
and I still have to do my exercise ,I think I am going out for a long walk, or just stay home and use my bike. I have some homework so it all depends how it goes.

but I feel great, my thighs hurt. I like that
I so want to have my new camera already! I am getting a canon 450D, with 12 mp that is better than my old 8 mp one. the kit includes lenses, a carrying bag, filters, etc. it is a great kit for only 750 dollars.having the scholarship is great. my next thousand will go to a new computer woo!

i got some homeboys that are down for anything, even early morning knocking, we gangster

I think I need more exercise that what I am doing. but diet wise I´ve been a very good girl haha. and yeah I want that camera on my hands sooo badly!

you don't have an idea of how deep I sleep.
you could be screaming, knocking, buzzing. the house could be on fire and a very loud speed metal band have a concert next to me, and I would still be sleeping. good luck with that!

today's been a good day. nothing extraordinary, but ok.

I went to bed around 2 30 am. I was talking on skype to this really cool guy who is around my diary :p and has to get up at 5 am --cough cough mike, cough -- but I didn't get up until 9. the cool thing is I didn't need an alarm clock for, like the first time in my life. actually I use five of them, strategically positioned in different parts of the room so I would have to get up, but many times I don't even listen to them.. yeah.

so 9:00 AM:
I prepared one of my fruit cocktails: strawberries, a medium pear, grapes and a small apple, with cottage cheese and granola.
my usual cup of english breakfast tea

I did some homework, I've been reading for my psychoanalysis class about Jodorowosky's Psycho magic. That man is weird but he is really interesting.
I rather read Lacan, especially about the mirror stadium and the minuscule object A. Freud is fun too, but he is a tad misogynistic for my taste. especially when he argues that women have penis envy. I mean sure it would be cool to have it for one day to see how it feels but come on. I like my lady bits.

anywho..

took a shower, no need for details there.
I had lunch at 2: chicken breast, (no oil added) the usual spinach salad with a very small amount of pasta- no sauce- and nopalitos. (I pretty much recycled yesterday's meal, I cook enough food for a couple of days)

even though I am having some carbs, my diet remains fairly slow fat. that is kind of easy as I usually eat low fat: is the sugar, the carbs and the lack of exercise what got me into my chubby self.


And talking about exercise I did do 30 min on the bike yesterday and I still have to do today's workout. I am not exercising as hard as I could and I wish I tried in the mornings instead of nights but today won't be the case as I have classes from 4 pm to 9 pm.
wish I wouldn't go to bed as late as I do. it is all part of a vicious cycle. If I sleep early I have the energy to exercise early if not, I turn into a little sleepy zombie.
wish I could find a dance class- love to dance- but my schedule keeps shifting every semester.. I still have one year in college to go so I better make it work anyway I can.
it would be cool if I had someone to push me every time I didn't exercise enough. that's kind of sexy, too!

I think next week. It will cost me around 750 dollars and it includes three lenses, carrying bag, cleaning kit, two memory cards.. so it is a pretty cool deal. I know England is so expensive but I would love to waste all my money in there haha
