3 things:
1. Nix the caffeine. If you're like me and you hit that TOM and you need help, reach for a Midol, not coffee or a soda, it will just make you crave more!
2. What is your water intake like?
3. I would say you need more veggies. I know you say you 'sneak' them into foods, but how much of a serving of a vegetable are you getting? I am not a veggie person, per se, but I can usually find solace in choking down some plants and knowing that my digestive system is going to really have to work to break em down.

Thanks for the feedback!! However, I believe in moderation...so 6-8 oz of coffee 5-6 days a week I think is reasonable.

Water? Hmmm, well....I don't drink any plain water :eek: I get the green tea like the crystal light packets...it has 0 calories, fat, etc. I does have less than 1 gram of sucralose though and it has 7.5mg of caffine per serving. I drink 50+ oz of tea a day.

Veggies, UGH! It's hard to say how much exactly I'm getting. For instance, one recipe calls for 2 cups of spinach, 2 cups of broccoli, and 1 cup of peas. Then you puree it which makes about 2 cups of puree and then you add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup or even more to entries. Some entries I put it in I eat half of the dish for dinner or I eat a quarter of it for dinner and another quarter for lunch the next day....sooooo it's really had to tell. Sometimes I use more than one puree per dinner too.

Just thought I'd stop in, and give a quick & friendly Hello!

I know how hard it is to cut a bad habit. Maybe not so much a *Bad* Habit, but coffee I find can be a very strong habit to pull away from.

I know there are some caffeinated green tea's out there too. I am sure you have non-caffeinated in that area?

I just really find from personal experience & from other's on here, that loads of plain water, can really help with washing out toxics, especially caffeine, it really can cause your body to hold onto quite a bit of water. :ack2:
