Not so good day

Well I woke up this morining took yet another test and of course a negative, and to make matters worse about 2 hrs later I got my period. I am calling my Dr. b/c my cycles are really out of wack. I have decided to concentrate on school and losing this weight and if it happens so be it. If we arent pregnant in the next 5 years we will adopt. Well gotta go, have to pack we are going out of town Sunday to Tuesday for my hubby's job. Back to working out Wednsday..later all

We didn't go on our trip b/c my husband has been in and out of the hospitial for kidney stones. Anyways, I started working out again on Monday and I am so sore. I guess that comes from not working out in so long. I have to meet some other students at school for about an hr at 10am and after I get back I will workout for the day. I have digital cable and they have exercise tv so my plan is to do 45 mins on the eliptical, do 100 reps on my ab longer, and than do some yoga. They have yoga for fertility which sounds pretty cool. I am also going to look through the different exercise programs available and try to find a weight lifting or a toning one. The reason I like this is b/c the programs dont take alot of time. Well gotta go eat breakfast and get my ass in gear...talk to ya all soon
 
Another day and still sore

So I did 45 mins on the eliptical yesterday, the ab lounge and lifted some weights and I feel great even with the sorness. I am going to do exactly what I did yesterday on Mon,Wed, and Fridays and do the eliptical, ab lounge, and yoga on Tues,Thurs and Saturday. I hope this all helps...well better get going..just got home from class....talk to ya all real soon
 
Hey! Just stopping in to see how your doing.. I'm so sorry about the (-) test! It will happen when you least expect it! Just dont dwell on it.. because all the stress will mess your cycles up too! Anyway.. If I dont stop in tomorrow.. I hope you have a great weekend!

So I don't like the yoga but I do like this weight lifting workout I found on my digital cable and it only takes 15 mins. So I am now doing the following:
Monday}
Wednsday } Elitptical for 45mins/ab lounge 100reps/ and 15 mins weights
Friday}

Tuesday
Thursday} Eliptical 45 mins/ab lounge 100reps
Saturday

Have great weekends and a great holiday too!!
 
No time

So I didn't workout yesterday b/c of it being a holiday and today I just don't have the time. Not an excuse I know, but it is the absolute truth. I have to study for a huge test on Thursday and I have a 65 question take home test due tommorrow in my Anatomy & Physiology class. And they are short essay answers...which sucks. I have been working on this thing for like 5 days and I am still only on ? 36. I have to get it done tonight...I will workout tommorrow though...proably harder than usual to make up for the past 2 days. Talk with ya' all soon.:)

Not enough time in a day

So I am realizing that there is not enough time in one day to accomplish everything that needs to be done. So I changed my major from nursing to patient care technician and EMT...b/c I wouldn't be able to get into the nursing program until January 08 and sorry I am not waiting that long. I had alot to do this morining and am still going...had to get some books on Germany for a project, clean the house, make phone calls to bill collecters and am trying very hard to get the house work done so I can workout b/c I missed 2 days this week....:mad: Well gotta go...but talk to you all later and hope taht everyone is having better luck than me

Long time

So I haven't had time for myself here lately let alone to post on here. Not that it would matter b/c I don't think I have worked out in like 3 weeks. I have been so freaking busy and I know that isn't an excuse and I vowed to get back into the swing of things today. I wrecked a 3 wheeler about 2 weeks ago and cut, burned, and bruised my leg up pretty good. And of course it was in a spot that made it immpossible to walk let alone workout. Well gotta go...it is my birhtday and wedding annv. and I am babysitting for the next two weeks. have to fit my workout in during littlemans nap. Hope ya'all are good.
 
Not such a good day

View attachment 1081So this whole thing of trying to workout during littlemans lap has not been going very well. He has been a total handful. And I have to go back to the Dr. b/c the injury I sustained during that 3 wheeler accident has now turned into 2 hematomas that are going to have to be lanced. My husband is getting ready to possibly have back surgery and needless to say neither one of us have been getting much sleep at night b/c of the pain he is in. I know it sounds like a bunch of bs excuses, but it isn't. I just need to get myself committed again to this whole workout thing....it shall happen soon...have great days.
 
Been a while

So I haven't been on in a while and for good reasons. I have been so busy with school and my computer got hit my lightining and I just got it back. But things are going good here. I go to the Dr. Wednsday to have some lab work done b/c she thinks I might have something wrong with my thyroid which would explain why I get stuck at 180 lbs. I will let ya'all know, but gotta go.
