Another Day gone by
Well I did my workout this morining and did 30 mins on the eliptical burning 598 cals, and 197 fat cals. I can't stay motivated on there to do my 45 mins, but I figure since they say cardio for 30 mins 3x a week I am good. b/c I do 30 mins everyday except Sundays (my lazy day). And I did 100 reps on the ab lounge, and I rearranged my bedroom which made me sweat even more. Well have to get a shower, eat lunch and study. I have a test tommorrow morining and it is going to be a doozie. Oh yeah I didn't get the job, but am still looking..talk with you all soon.
