Another Day gone by

Well I did my workout this morining and did 30 mins on the eliptical burning 598 cals, and 197 fat cals. I can't stay motivated on there to do my 45 mins, but I figure since they say cardio for 30 mins 3x a week I am good. b/c I do 30 mins everyday except Sundays (my lazy day). And I did 100 reps on the ab lounge, and I rearranged my bedroom which made me sweat even more. Well have to get a shower, eat lunch and study. I have a test tommorrow morining and it is going to be a doozie. Oh yeah I didn't get the job, but am still looking..talk with you all soon.
 
Good Morning hun! I'm sorry you didn't get the job..but there is alot more out there! Your doing awesome on your workouts girl! Anyway I hope you have a great day today! A bad bad day

So my best friend's boyfriend text messaged me to say he had the pics from this past weekend. (my bf was in town from Fl). So I went and got them so I could scan them into my cp and needless to say I cried my eyes out. Pictures are the best judgement of weight loss; at least I think so. I have never felt or looked so fat as I do in these pictures and it kills me to see them. It made my motivation go right down the tubes; afterall I used to be the skinny one and now my best friend is. ( i am very proud of her, but still). So I got a subscription to the magazine called Fitness Rx for woman and I got my 1st issue today. It has this awesome workout that I am going to start on monday. You do 60-90 mins of cardio everyday except sunday, and do butt and core exercise on monday and fridays, and general weight lifting on Wednsdays. It has pictures of all the workouts and how many reps and everything so hopefully if I do it right and follow it to the tee I will lose some major weight within 6-8 weeks from Monday. It says it will take about that long to look bikini beach ready. I am just frustrated and it is noone's fault but my own. Well gotta go....talk with you all soon.

Just stopping in to check on ya! I think your pics. are fine! No one ever likes their own photo's.. (at least I dont anyway!!) Wander why camera's and Tv alway's makes you look bigger then you are! I hate having mine taken because I look bigger in the pictures then I do in person.. does that make sense?? Anyway hope you had a great day today!!
 
So

So I didn't workout at all yesterday *kicking* my own ass for that one. I just didn't feel up to after the day I had. I might or might not workout today. I just got back from getting my hair cut and it looks great, and today is spring cleaning day for me. I have alot to do today...well better get going. If I don't get my workout in today or the rest of the weekend I will be starting fresh on Monday with that new workout plan. Oh one bit of good news the scale went back down to 182 so I am back on track. Later all;)

Feel like crap

So I am not even going to try and workout today; b/c I didnt' even go to school today. I am pretty sure that I have a sinus infection and I feel like total crap. My right nostril is swallowen on the inside and there is a huge bump in there too...I think it is just the swelling. My head hurts and so do my ears. In any case I don't feel very well at all. Hope everyone has a good day...
 
Feel a little better

So I feel a little better today, but am still not 100%. I am going to try and get at least 30 mins on the eliptical today. I now know that the reason my nose hurts so bad isn't just b/c of the sinus infection but b/c I have a pimple on the inside of my nostril...holy ouch. It hurts so bad, but I don't think that there is much I can do to make it better. Well I am going to go and relax until 2 and than will workout for a little bit. Talk with ya'all soon

Still super sick

So I went to class yesterday and about 1/2 way through it my teacher looks at me and says you need to go to the ER. My nose was running and I keep getting nose bleeds. So I went to the ER and just like I thought I have a severe sinus infection. And I have an abscess in my nose which isn't helping at all..so I am now on three different meds and am suppossed to drink plenty of h20 and get plenty of rest, so that is what I am doing. Looks like I am out of commission for a while with the working out.
 
Finally feeling better

So I have been really sick and unable to workout for about a week or so. I am finally feeling better; and I am very glad about that. Although some other things have been going on with my body that I am not sure of. I have been feeling off for the past few days, no energy, very sleepy, almost like I am high but I am not. And I have some increased clear cervical mucus for about 3 weeks now...I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I think it might of been to soon. I was due for my period Friday, so I am going to wait another couple of weeks and go from there. Well I gotta go finish cleaning and am really going to try hard to workout today, I know I need to take it slow b/c I have been so sick. Hope everyone is doing good.:p
 
I really hope this is it for you! I'm sure it's hard not knowing for sure. Keep us posted! I think the anticipation would kill me. Good luck!
 
Hello

Well I didn't workout much this week but the day I did I did 60mins on the eliptical...that was Tuesday. I felt great afterwards. I have just been really busy with school and midterms. I promise to get back into the swing of things Monday...well gotta go do laundry.
 
Update on me

Well no sign of my period as of yet, and I honestly don't think it is coming this time. I am now 12 days late and on cycle day 41. Which is odd. I had a long cycle back in January that was 46 days, but I had some other things going on then. Since than my cycles have been between 28 and 32 days long so this is quite strange to me. I did take 2 tests but they were negative. I called my Dr. and they said to give it till the end of the month and than if I still don't have my cycle to come into the office for a facilitated test which can detect the pregancy hormone within 7-10 days of conception and they will do blood work too. They said alot of woman get negative on the at home tests, but as soon as they do the one at the Dr's it turns + right away. I am praying so hard that this is it for us. It would be a great father's day suprise for my hubby (our first child) and for my dad. Wish us luck...
On another note; even though I have been slacking on the working out, I lost 2 lbs. I am now at 180 which is great. I have heard that alot of woman lose weight when they first get pregnant so who knows...well gotta go. Just wanted to let ya'all know I am doing fine.
 
Hey! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for ya! OH! Just want you to know that I spent about a hundred dollars on preg. tests.. (years ago) and Finally I got a (+) HPT.. BUT I was about 9 weeks when I finally got the (+).. So dont give up just yet!
