I call them subs if I buy them at subway....but hoagies when I make them at home. Unless I use deli meat at home, and then I call them subs. How's that for confusion??
Yeah, I just wonder if they decided it is closing soon anyway, so they just don't want to deal with it. I am going to call the apartment manager tomorrow and mention it.
Well, I have been hard at work typing up a process manual for my successor at my old job. I have to meet with her on Friday and finish training her, get her up to speed on our forms and all that jazz.
I hate typing. I am slow at it. I never learned to keep my fingers on the right keys. I type with my index and middle fingers. Yet, here I am, on my time off, typing a 45 page manual and NOT GETTING PAID EXTRA FOR IT.
Argh.
Anyway, no exercise today...unless my fingers typing have burnt enough calories to count as some!
I use ground turkey (93/7 fat level), wasa crisps instead of saltines, an egg, onion, garlic, black pepper, and a big spoonful of light french onion dip. Use enough Wasa crisp crumbs to make it hold shape. Put ketchup and brown sugar mixture on top and bake at 425 for an hour or so. The dip keeps it really moist.
