Well, I was feeling guilty for sitting on my duff and talking about our grandma's sexual desires...so I got up and did 45 minutes of Tae Bo. Now I can post guilt free. (Also, because my dishes are done, Sheryl!!)

Thinking about roasting an onion for dinner...But they take like an hour...and I am hungry now. So maybe not. Maybe I will slice and broil it, instead. Though I like it better the other way.

Anyway...off to make some dinner!

Alright. In an effort to redeem myself from conversations held about sexual grandmas, I am off to teach some 3 year olds about the battle of Jericho.

Then I will be free to sink back to depravation for another week.

Eh, I figure if the worst thing I do all week long is hold some uncouth conversations on the WLF, then I am still doing pretty darned good!
 
Lunch is cooking and it smells soooo good! I am starving. I am making lean steak and onion hoagies. I tried a Proti premixed chocolate shake for breakfast, and it just did not hold me the way food does. I will not be wasting my money on them again!

OOoOOOh roasting an onion? That's a first for me... Hmmm.... how do you go about doing that? Any special ingredients? I LURVE myself onions.. and well also the fact that it helps to fight cancer. (runs in the family, so I'll take ever precaution... even if that means have to chew on an onion like an apple.. hahaa) Oh and that steak and onion hoagie... is making me drool. lol

And the steak and onion hoagie was INCREDIBLE. I am stuffed, and all for 320 calories!
