Been on here for about a week now and I'm enjoying it, so I figured it was time to start my diary. SO, here we go...

Hope to reach my goal by late October, which is when my wedding is planned for. I bought my dream dress in a 12, which just happened to be the last one they had left and also my goal size. So, I took it as a sign. I know the time frame isn't very long, but I know I can do it. I am very hard-headed, and will do whatever it takes to have my perfect day.

I am currently going to a weight loss and wellness clinic and am on a program of HCG shots, phentermine, and a low-calorie diet. I am supposed to be exercising as well, but I was just able to afford exercise clothes today. So, hopefully I will have that in full swing by later this week. But I have been parking far away when I go to stores and taking the stairs at school as much as possible.

I'm also in the middle of midterms right now, so I am trying to keep a balance between thinking about my weight and focusing on school. I have lost 16 pounds so far in my first two weeks on the program. I wore a t-shirt today that I hadn't been able to wear in forever because it was too tight, and my jeans were loose, so I felt really awesome. It was just the inspiration I needed to keep it up. Time for bed now, more tomorrow.

Wow! Great job :) That diet your using must be great! I can't wait till I can start wearing those old shirts that are too small. Good luck getting in the exercise :D
 
Good job on your wieght loss so far!!!!!!!! You are very motivated and it's hard onyou with your school and personal lifes. You have been diong and are succeeding. Everyone here is terrific and will help you out 100%. Keep up the great work.
 
Tuesday's Gone.

Thanks so much for the support guys! I love this forum...it's so great being able to talk to people who are fighting the same battle.

Today seemed to be gone in a flash. I think I'm gonna start waking up earlier so I feel more productive. I stepped on the scale long enough to make myself smile but didn't have time to test my body fat. After class, I managed to throw all the stuff on top of my exercise equipment up onto my bed long enough to exercise for about 45 minutes. My puppies were howling at my music, so I think I will have to wear headphones from now on. After that, I sat down to check my email for a few minutes while I contemplated the possibility that I may be nuts for trying to cram two majors and a minor into 5 years of college. At some point, I decided to clean out my fridge and found bananas in the bottom drawer that had undoubtedly been there since my last failed diet attempt(picture attached). The rest of this week is going to be hectic with midterms, babysitting, dishes, laundry, and who knows what else, but I will try to come back everyday. As for now, I'm off to the library to torment my brain some more.:eek:

God Bless Hump Day!

This week is exhausting me. I was up until 7am this morning (well yesterday morning as of now). Slept till 2pm, and then got back up to start doing more homework and studying. I had alot of liquids today, but only a six inch sub and some crackers to eat. I went over to my little sister's house before her ballgame and got in some exercise practicing with her. They lost the game, but she played well. Staying up for another 30 minutes or so to catch up on Project Runway, but then to bed. Class tomorrow, but thank God no tests.
