Hey girl.... sounds like you've been very busy. Lot's of fun, with some not so fun.... but this comes to us all our lives. Girl, you have come aways, and I know you will continue to lose. C'mon, you've lost 28 lbs!!!! You were doing something right, you know what you have to do. "Cheer up Charlie" (was that on willie wonka?) LOL
I wish we could go bike riding together. I am getting a new bike tomorrow! weeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Maniac~ You're right, I suppose it's not meant to be easy. :) Good plan, bike riding or swimming it will be. I used to hate shopping! I'm starting to enjoy it more and more. Who wouldn't hate shopping when you can never find anything that fits you right?!

Korrie~ Hey girl, you're right! I hate to be a Nike slogan but "Just Do It" I have to stop thinking and stop doubting myself. There is no longer an "I can do it" there is an "I will do it". No matter how long it takes or how many rough spots I hit down the road. The best comfort to me is knowing that I've already done much more than other people do, just by beginning to make a change. Go Me! Haha Oh yeah and go you! Let's get back at this thing together! :)

Rosered~ Yes, partially fear. It's fear of the unknown. It's also not knowing my limits. I had figured them out and seemed to lose them somewhere along the way. I'm definitely going to hop back on this wagon! :D

Christina~ I've definitely been busy. I've had a blast, but yes you're right there have been some not so great times too. Haha that was the part I hated most about Willy Wonka (it wasn't on the new one by the way lol!) I wish we could bike ride together too! It seems to be one of my new found favorite things to do. When Greg gets back (he doesn't like to ride bikes) so I'm going to have him roller blade with me (he likes that!) Hehe! I'm going to sneak in some exercise for him too! lol!

I can't wait for him to come back...I need someone to play racquetball with! LOL! I didn't get my ride in yesterday because it stormed! Anyway!!!! Ok everything starts NOW!
 
Hey Amanda your back :) sounds like you had it rough there for a while. what craziness, ppl can be jerks some times. Hope your grandma and grandpa are doing ok.
Glad you had a great time with your BF, and that you r back on track! good for you girl :) (jean skirt woohoo) :)

Well I finally got my air condition for my apartment! YES YES YES I had been burning up and sleeping horribly (which probably didn't help much in the weight loss department). So after my brothers and dad installed it, my dad told me I needed an appliance extension cord (even though I originally asked him if I needed anything else). SOOOO back to Lowe's I went (I was so thrilled...NOT). Then returning home with it only to find out that it was the wrong one (right cord, but it had a T plug or something). UGH so back to Lowe's I go again today. For the time being I'm just using a regular heavy duty extension cord.

Aside from that, I did get a bit of cleaning done (not much), I rode my bike 5 miles as I planned YAYYYY (out to my brother's ball game). I turned down going out to eat! (so proud of myself!) I also went swimming last night for a bit, but did more wading to cool off from my bike ride. All in all it was a successful day!

I would have been happy with things if I wouldn't have had a pop tart sitting on my night stand. I was laying in bed and decided to eat it. I was disgusted with myself for that after. I guess my calories still weren't horrible but they didn't come from the best sources (pop tart and pancakes). I guess it's just really the pop tart that bothered me. Why dwell on a pop tart? LOL Ah well! I think I'm still doing well. I did go swimming today! :p

Alrighty well I didn't post things for the weekend but I should have because now I have no record of them. I can't remember! LOL! Anyway though! All in all it was a good weekend! Food wise it was decent (better than weekends before! LOL!) I'm still feeling good about my weigh in. I was supposed to do it this morning but my scale is at my mom and dad's house, so tomorrow will be weigh in day.

My goodness it was so horrible out yesterday! I went out to the ball field and was already sweating like crazy before I even played. We lost (if we had won we'd be in the playoffs) But I did well anyway. It was hot and sticky, but a blast as usual. Oh yeah and I'm playing fall ball, which I'm really excited about. So for 5 weeks I'll be playing softball every Tuesday and THursday. YAYYY! HEhe

I was 179 last time I weighed in (but like 175.5 or something for the 20 lb club...major bummer!) so until weigh in tomorrow....
