Hey girls, thanks. The best thing for me is Advil (other than prescription) This is the worst one I've had in a while. I used to get horrible cramps all the time but they've calmed down quite a bit. I think what it is, is me getting cysts. Back when I was like 12 or 13 I had one on my ovary and it ruptured, oh my it was such horrible pain (not to mention an embarassing process for a young girl to go through, with all the tests and such). So I think I get them from time to time and that's probably what causes most of the pain, other than the usual cramps.

I have softball tonight so that will help. :) Even though things hurt to get going, once I'm moving around (softball and bowling) it helps me feel much better. I'm hoping that it doesn't influence my weigh in, but I'm so excited to get on that scale tomorrow. I know that I've done well, whether it shows it or not!

you are so right! We have all been working hard, weather it shows on the scale or not... We all deserve a big pat on the back, a hand shake here and there, a rub on the tummy... .oh.... lol I'm silly.... but you're still right!
I hope your cramps subside... When you get home, relax with a heating pad on your tummy, or get one of those heat sticker things they sell by the feminie stuff... it helps me.... and rest my dear,.... you need rest!
 
Wishing you a happy dance when you get off the scale tomorrow!!!!!.....Hopefully ttotm wont make a huge difference.......( but u know....last competition.....I was having mine.......on last day weigh in (which was a wednesday)...it showed only a 1/2 lb loss.....that friday I weighed for this competition and it showed I had lost 3.5.....so dont be discouraged if the scale does not read right.....
 
Ok so I'm really excited...we went to Kohl's last night..they just opened so they have a bunch of sales going on. I bought two Pilates kits...one with the bands and the other with the ball. They're regular like $40 each and I got them for $27 each...PLUS I had a $10 off card and a 15% off coupon. So I ended up getting the two of them for $39 including tax. I can't wait to try them out now! YAY!!!
 
ok so today seriously sucked...it's 1 am and i just got home....flat tire! can you believe it...ugh i'll type more about it tomorrow but i'm just too exhausted to deal with much of anything about now so i'm going to TRY and go get some sleep even though i have to be up for work in 6 hrs and i require a lot of sleep....ugh!

ugh - flat tire at night? that would suck.

I'm so excited for this next round of the two week challenge though!!! are you ready to kick butt?! Here we go!!!!
 
As for the flat tire...yes on Tuesday night I was at Greg's and came out to leave to go home at about 10PM. I backed my car up and started to drive in the parking lot and parked my car again...sure enough my back passenger tire was completely flat. (Glad it was in the parking lot though and not on the road!) I had already had a bad bad day so this was just the icing on the cake. So anyway...so Greg goes to change the tire and can't get the lug nuts off. They gave us a crappy tire iron. So I had to call my parents and they drove to Toledo...for the longest time we couldn't get anything to work and then my dad used some other tool and it just barely fit and he got them off. Thank goodness!!! So yeah then i had to drive home and couldn't take the expressway because you can't go over 55mph So yeah I got home at 1am.
 
5lb club start!!!

Ok so I've really lost it this week. Actually, I've gained it. LOL! I feel bad about gaining weight back BUT I'm feeling really positive for some reason. For the past week I haven't worked out or paid attention to anything I ate. Horrible I know...plus softball is over so there is less exercise I'm getting. But really I'm feeling so motivated today!!! I'm going to bust some serious ass these next two weeks. As a matter of fact, not just these next two weeks but from this point forward. I've been in quite a lull for sometime now...it's time to kick things back into high gear. No more excuses! If I mess up with food I'm not going to just keep blowing it...I'll say oh well and get it next time. That's the only way I'm going to get anywhere especially when I'll be doing this for the rest of my life (just maybe not quite as extreme).

I'm really excited about all of this...I just feel so....refreshed. I've got more exercise things now so I won't get quite so bored....so now I have Pilates, Tae Bo, and a dance cardio video. I'm sure it will all kick my butt but oh man I just can't wait. Actually I think I'm going to go home at lunch and do one of them (probably the dance dvd since its quicker than pilates and takes no set up, plus it's new). I'm going to have some challenges along the way but I'm so ready to bust some ass!!! I've already got an apple in today!!! (I don't even eat apples most the time! LOL)
 
Keep eating those apples, they are good for you!!!!! Little apple recipe you might like: Core 1 apple, spray with Parkay no cal butter spray, add a little vanilla, sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar alternative, then stick it in the microwave for about 2 and a half minutes. Baked Apples! Throw on a dollop of Cool Whip and it's just like eating apple pie without the crust and all the calories. Oh so delicious!!! Make your house smell good too! Tons and Tons of luck on this 2 week challenge!
 
Well so far so good for today! Been drinking my water, got an apple in, food has been good, and I even did part of my new dance cardio dvd today on my lunch break (couldn't fit it all in because of driving time, had to come back to work lol). Only one more hour until the weekend! Cedar Point will be a test but I'll do my best...besides, I'm feeling really good today. I'm so proud of myself! We'll be doing a lot of walking so there's some more exercise, plus we're staying over night and going tomorrow again too so even more exercise...not to mention the exercise I get from uhhh extracurricular activities we'll say. LOL! So I won't be around until Monday, possibly Sunday. You girls have a great weekend and doing go overboard k?! :)
 
Dont be abusing your boyfriend too much this weekend. you need to be able to excercise on Monday and that requires being able to walk...LOL. Hope you are having a fun time.
 
so how did your weekend go?! and are you back on track with all of your diet and exercise?! (and did you have "fun" with your boyfriend!!!) j/k =)
