am i too skinny?!Loosing muscle

need help ....my weight before is 155.I ve been trying to tone up and build muscle too.But in unknown reason i lost weight.My weight now is 148.Just wondering is that bad ?Am i loosing muscle???Im doing cardio every day

mon. chest cardio
tues. shoulder,biceps triceps, cardio
thurs. back legs cardio
fri chest cardio
sat shoulder,biceps triceps, cardio
sun. rest


i just started different workout plan

this is my new workout plan...is this good??

wed. cardio
thurs. back,biceps cardio
frid. cardio
sat. shoulder,legs,cardio
sun. rest

i eat 3 times a day and drink 2 times a day of protein

pls. i need some advice all my friends start working out five months ago now they all big now
 
One would need more details like height, gender etc to determine if you are too skinny. But 148 lbs does not sound like too skinny for average height.

In addition, what specific exercises are you doing?
 
You might have lost fat because of the cardio. What is your body fat percentage now and when you were 155lbs?

Also as Cathy said, post your specific exercises.
 
excessive cardio can burn muscle. are you eating enough? take what you are eating now and double it! my biceps didnt improve on 15inches until i nearly doubled my protien and carb intake consistant eating is the way forward mate especially wit your workout plan
 
Yea, I think you are doing too much Cardio. Try going back to only two days a week for Cardio, and three days a week lifting!
