Am I The Only One?

Well a couple months ago, I looked like this:

and now I look like this:

Now my question. I'm on the track team ever since the first picture was taken, but as you can see, my abs are pretty much disgusting. I have no lower abs, their asymmetrical, and you can only see them when I stand diagonally. We go to the weight room every saturday, we do HIIT training, and I do ab workouts every other day at home. I am very skinny as you can see, but I also have a gut (either that or a lot of loose skin and my stomach happens to poke out, but its still disgusting):

How come they are like that? How can I fix them so that they are symmetrical, they show without me flexing Because almost everyone on the track team has a six pack except me:sad3:whats the fastest way I can fix that? I'm 15, 125 lbs and 5'9.

there is absolutley nothing wrong with how you look buddy.

You`re only 15 and 125lbs,so you have a fair bit of growing to do.

Keep lifting and getting right nutrition and you`ll fill out and look great.

Good luck man:D

Well is there anything I can do to make my bottom abs show, to make my abs more symmetrical (am I doing my ab workouts wrong)? and at what BF% do abs show without flexing?

You dont have any muscle mass, that is the problem. You are just skinny.

Unfortunately track can only keep you thin. You need to lift weights to get the new muscle.

Do weighted crunches to build your abs up. They will gain muscle and combined with your low BF% will be really well defined.

first of all there is nothing wrong with your "abs"... Also, you seriously need to gain muscle mass, you're plain skinny
it looks like your stomach is poked out because the rest of your body is so small that your gut will stick out... Lift some weights buddy, get a good program.

There's nothing disgusting about you or your body.

You're still growing. Your body's going to change a lot. I wouldn't get too bent out of shape about it. Be thankful you're not on the other end of the spectrum, like the kids who are 100 pounds overweight at your age. You have a much easier jumping off point for fitness.

You are fine. At 15, you are just growing into your body. Keep training and EATING. Add some more bulk unless you are a cross country runner, then keep the weight down. Your abs are genetics, the shape / alignment BUT try doing some twists.

you are 15...it's not a problem at all. Use these days to be healthy, its your growing phase.
