Am I missing something here?...

Should I be doing incline benches? I hear everyone talk about them but I've never done them or understood their benefits. I am currently on a 2-day split working each group twice. Right now I've been doin traditional benches and flyes. However my upper chest doesn't seem to be developing.
 
I have inclines in my routine right now and they're pretty cool. It's a different movement than flat bench so it's a good way to break things up. Give 'em a go man, you'll like them.
