I don't think the light is really good for the pictures but oh well =P
I've been lurking here for some time and I decided to post.
I have been working out on and off, and I was pretty serious last year, but recently I got really lazy and stopped for some time. Tough I have been doing some push ups, trying to mantain my chest, but it went down a bit oh well...
Either ways, I just started a new routine. I use to do a full body workout at Sunday, chest at thurdays and chest/arms at fridays.
Now I am doing 3 days a week: Chest at Saturdays, Abs ar Mondays and Arms/Shoulders/Back at Wednsdays. I wonder wheter you guys think this is a better plan? I think I work out much harder on each muscle group like this, since I get more time to work out (therefore, i can do more exercises) and I can rest the whole week untill I hit the same group again.
So, I'm gonna try to keep taking pictures just to see how much I envolve from now on. I am really amateur to wight lifting and will stay as is for now. My goal is for my body to be aparent that I work out. I also know my biceps need more work, so I will try to improove that as well... I wanted to know what you think anyways and if you think I'm good so far... I'm planing on improoving a bit anyways. As an amateur, I don't go to a gym, I just workout at home, so I can't get the weights heavier... But I hope that as I gain weight it will do it's thing lol
