I do HIIT every Tuesday and Thursday when I'm not lifiting.
This is what I do, please tell me if I need to do more or less.
I run 6.4 for first 5 mins, and I start running 7.4 for 1 min & 15 sec, and 10.0 for 45 sec. And I repeat this 10 times and 6.4 for 2 mins and 4.0 walk for 2 mins and 3.0 for 1 min. Total 30 mins. Sometimes I skip warm up run and cool down..so finish in like 20 mins. How does this sound?
Here's another question, should I do this on my weight days too? instead of runnning in 6.4 speed for 40 mins?
