Bro that is so friggin distorted no one will be able to tell you. Get a better pic.

What everyone means is to take a real picture. Myspace angles are worthless and make whatever inaccurate estimate we may have even more inaccurate.

well since this is a website to help motivate people i'm not going to say anything with an attitude to make you feel badly or stupid for posting a picture. thats the way they come out when you take them yourself. and i think you look great. :D

That's love my man.

That picture isn't distorted at ALL. I'd just like for somebody to explain how it IS distorted. If it were distorted to the point where my body looked weird, or different than normal, then I could understand---but it isn't at all. If anything, it's sized A LITTLE taller than it is wide, but that's it.

I also wasn't aware that pictures can be classified as "myspace pictures"--what exactly classifies a pic as a "myspace" picture?

I spoke with a bodybuilder who works for Gaspari over the weekend, and he answered my question for me---so no point in arguing over a stupid matter anymore.

Thanks for the feedback though, derwyddon. And don't try to act tough on internet forums by telling me to be quiet. I never got any sort of attitude with you at all, so I don't expect any. I'm not trying to pick any fights, I just wanted to see the point of view of how it was distorted.

Distorted was not really the best choice of words. What the census meant by "distorted" was actually "inaccurate" or "obscure".

The fact that you posted a picture of yourself at such an obscure angle is both inaccurate anyway you cut it. If you wanted people to gauge your bodyfat, you need to post your body.

A myspace picture is made up of several elements, most of which you had in the one single picture you posted:

1.) Poor lighting
2.) Poor picture quality
3.) Obscure angles
4.) The nagging feeling that you want to have the picture flatter you more than you want to be honest

Unless the bodybuilder tested you with some methods other than just looking at you, his estimate is probably what ours would be, so you have your answer regardless.

If you went up to the bber and stuck your elbow in his eye and flexed real hard, asking him to tell you what your bodyfat was, he would probably tell you basically the same thing I told you.

I left this thread alone for a few days and now it's a complete shoot out, I really missed out!

Gags, no one was getting any "attitude" with you, they were simply stating that the picture is not good enough to guess your body fat. Take a NORMAL picture of your front and back, and we might be able to take a shot in the dark at what your bf might be.

it seems like you took a picture in the most flattering lighting, at the most flattering angle just so a few people on a forum can guess your bf is under 10%.
