Well, the elbows and feet and head do stick out, and you can see that, but you won't see a face.

So, another day right?
After an impressive stretch of not annoying the crap out of my Annoying office girl is back.
Ignoring the fact that she is telling me I am too skinny- c'mon, 225 is not too skinny for 6'4- now I need to sit with her and give a company work description..... in her office......with all her annoying crap.....she tells me this is going to take 2 hours or so...... oh lord.
I ask her if i can do it email- I can be very descriptive with the written word- she tells me no. I ask her if I can phone it in, she tells me no. I tell her I will get to it this week sometime- she sends me an outlook calender event for tomorrow at 9am. I think i am going to be ill tomorrow from 8-11am.....

Woken up at 4am by the evil cat and a bad calf cramp. not sure which was worse, a bad calf cramp sucks but the evil cat is just irritating- where was she Monday when the wife overslept- that is right no where to be found. Plus I am convinced that the Weasel gave me the cramp somehow. I have not had one like this in a real long time...

45 min on the elliptical yesterday- changed my routine slightly. groin is feeling better but I am not going to push it again. It will heal when it heals.

Need to start coughing to make it look like I am getting sick.....

Last thing I want to do is go through this time calling my child he/she.

Calling my child 'my little whale' now anyway. :D

Surprisingly you may get takers on this one.
My wife has full power of veto on names though- already shot down otto and hans. Both good, strong German names but alas, she is not impressed....
 
in the past year at work my department has suffered thru about 6 pregnancies... that baby pool site has gotten a workout... I still haven't gotten a kid named after me yet but I'mnot giving up.. and you can set your own prizes if you want them - or just bragging rights can be the prize.. .

it's good clean fun...

When I was preg with my youngest I craved lettuce. I would eat a salad at 8 in the morning for breakfast and it was the only thing I could keep down. At one point I joked that I wasn't preg with a baby, I was carrying a bunny. For the remainder of the term we referred to the baby as "bunny." :D

I guess if it gets me out of spending any time in an office dominated with 'Tigger' and 'I Love Lucy' and 'The Office' crap then it is good.

Holy crap, B!!!! I'm sorry I didn't check in earlier. Congratulations to you and your wife. What fun. I am SO excited for you, what a journey. Tell your wife not to worry about labor, it's not nearly as scary as most women like to say it is. (Old war wounds, and all) Mine was a cake walk. Felt awesome. Would love to do it again...I remember buds!

I am so happy for you guys! Hugs.
