Alright So I finally got fed up of being out of shape

Yes Im tired Of being out of shape so I thought Id start the process of recovery.
The plan is to lose 25 LBs by the end of the year, I figure If I can keep the trend of losing 2 Lbs a week Ill make My goal easily.
I started my Cardio sessions this past monday and my routine pretty much goes like this 15-20 mins treadmill, 15 mins Bike and 15 mins elliptical back to back to keep my heart rate up 5 days a week, sometimes 2 times a day.

I am 6'2 and these are my weigh ins.
Here we Go.

Monday Aug. 7th: 211 Lbs
 
What is your body fat percentage? That would really help, if your trying to lose fat.

Do a search on HIIT on the running section of the forum and get the macronutrients for your diet. Remember 80% of it is the diet.

Alright so the results are in, after doing a week full of cardio and trying to watch what I eat I finally see a meaningfull loss, I am now at 206LBs, granted that probably is 2 pounds of water weight, but i feel like I achieved something.

Ive also added Hiit into my routine and I think I will continue with it. ^ I try to take 2 days off during the week for some weight training, 1 day back and Bi's 2nd day chest and tris. nothing heavy just enough to keep my muscles from deteriorating.


Monday Aug. 14th: 6' 2" 206 LBs

You ever think about hittin the weights too? Good luck on the weight loss...stick to what you are doing and you will see good results in a month or two!
 
Im In the process of moving to a new home so I havent had a chance to got to the gym much this past week, but I am able to say that I maintained and am still at 204. Jeez its hard to find motivation to keep at it.
