Alright my turn

My gosh it has been a wild wild month for me. Due to being it christmas i thought its just a once in a year occasion and boy did i make sure it is. I don't know what i ate during this month but boy has it affected me big style. I ate whatever i wanted, whenever i wanted literally. But i still drank water instead of juice drinks ;D

But to the serious note, i had lost 2 kilos in the first two weeks, between 7/12/2010 till 22/12. But after this, it was like let the partyyy begginnn and started all of a sudden to eat eat eat whatever. Now this is concering for me as it is a set back. Today its the 5th of jan, and i hope to end this by in the morning doing my normal routine.

I also have a schedule of updating my weight EVERY week instead of the whenever i want. So i'll upload what I eat every tuesday nights, for the past week and record how much I have aten.

I don't regret what i have done because like I said i have gotten used changin my lifestyle and uni opening now certainly is helping right now. So yeah, we will see how we get on next week. Feel free to leave a message.

Starting weight: 20 stones 4 pounds
Current weight: 18 stones 2 pounds
Target weight: 12 stones 0 pounds

I don't have a target for next week just yet. Just want to see how much I will lose and after this I will start setting targets each week again. Peace and cya next tuesday hopefully
