This is very lengthy... my apologies
Well, here is my story...
I am 16 years old and I used to be a very big kid.... I would say at 14 I probably weighed 215 pounds (very unhealthy)
It sort of helped in football but I realized that my weight, despite any advantages it might have, was just plain unhealthy and a huge part of me I've always wanted to change.
right before I turned 15, I decided to change my lifestyle in hopes of becoming a long distance runner and to play hockey (two things I felt I had a passion for)... I began training and hitting the ice hard with proper diet and alot of research...
Well, I would say it has now paid off... I now weigh 135 pounds (a little light, but I wanted to lose all the fat I needed)... and I am the happiest I have ever been.
I have accomplished my goal of becoming a long distance runner and I have ran in 4 marathons... I have also just recently gotten into hockey.
I feel this is a great accomplishment for myself but I have this sudden inclination to bulk up again... (this time with minimum fat and maximum muscle) and once again, hit the football field.
I have done the research... but I want some imput
Well, this is my 135 pound frame, down from 215
I know biceps are beach muscle and barely prove anything, but I posted it just to show that I do have some underlying muscle to work with
The only thing I hate about my body is the extreme amount of loose skin I have from all of weight I lost.. you can even see the stretch marks... I hoping this will fade away as I start to bulk properly
I am actually extremely skinny, but my loose skin makes my appearance... just blah...
And there you have it.
Again, Sorry it was so lengthy...
So my questions to you guys...
1. What would be the proper way to go about bulking
2. how much do you think my loose skin/ stretch marks will fade when I properly bulk
Thanks for the imput.
Cheers.
