Almost there!

update @ 180

OK, so I reached my original goal of 180, but I wanna get a bit leaner. I've set my goal to 170; we'll see how that goes. Oh, and never mind the busted forehead :D

I wish I could get my gut to reduce like that! It's just crazy how different people carry their weight... that's one of the most interesting things about all of these before and after pictures. It's amazing how we all share a human body that basically works the same, yet we all look so different. Fantastic job you've done on your loss and toning.
 
Hey, look at you!!! I'd be getting down to the beach and keeping that shirt off! You look fantastic. I'm a bit of an emotional eater too, but as you said if you can separate eating from triggers other than hunger it helps a lot. What a great transformation, you should be so proud of yourself.

Good job!

How did you separate food from emotion? That is my biggest downfall. I feel like if I can crack that code my battle will be halfway over. I am a NICU nurse and when I get home from work, I eat to decompress.
 
Its an on going struggle. I give in from time to time, but I feel shitty about it afterwards, so I try to keep myself out of that position. I guess emotions still do play a part in my eating habits, but in a different way. I don't know if this is good advice or not, but it worked for me.
