Almost Done

Hi my name is Stephanie and I have been a member for a while and had a post here when I was in the middle of my weight loss. I am in the final stretch now. I am happy with where I'm at, however, according to my height I should not weigh any more than 140 lbs. I know I should see my dr and have him tell me what is healthy for me, but being away at college makes it hard for me to fit in that apt. So until then I am aiming for 140. I am currently 150. I gained a few lbs because of the holidays. I was at a low of 148. I have 3 pictures that are very recent. I took them without any clothes because it is easier for me to see progress that way. However, I realize that I need to cover up (for more than one reason!) if I wanted to post them on here. I know it seems silly but I drew on a bikini since I don't feel like taking any pictures at the moment... plus I needed something to do during the snow storm :p

I have been losing weight slowly in a period of 2 years. I barely exercise but I am starting to. If anyone has any tips to work my problem areas (tummy, butt, back and thighs) Please let me know what kind of exercises I should do and how many reps. I tried to research it myself but I never seem to find anything helpful. As soon as I start seeing a difference in my body or if I lose 5 more lbs I'll take new pics.

Also I am 5'3" and 20 years old.

please be nice.. although I am much happier with how I look now, I still have some hang ups.

Here are some more pics of me with clothes on. I always think I look thinner in clothes than I do naked. Anyway here they are ...

I'm ok in the front I think. It's amazing what a good bra can do for your body!

I hate this angle of my body. It shows how thick I am in the middle. I really want to tighten those muscles up and bring them in

GOTTA get rid of the back fat! I hate it

My measurements as of right now are 36 - 31 - 38

lol, I love the drawn on bikini! Once you start exercising more the weight is going to fall off. I bet you'll tone up really nice. Congrats on the weight loss so far!

:iagree: the draw on bikini made me giggle. first time I've seen that. :D But great job on what you've done so far. our measurements aren't that far apart right now, how much more are you aiming to lose(inches not pounds). and I think most people think they look thinner in clothes than without. at least I do. :D
Great job!!!!:hurray:

You can't really target specific areas other than doing some cardio / strength training I think, you just need lower body fat percentage. :>

If you didn't say you drawn your underwear... I didn't even notice they are "fake".. lol..
Nice artist... =P And good luck with your last 10 lbs!

Thanks for the comments everyone! I lost a total of 55 lbs. Insane right!? I'm glad to see that people appreciate my artistic quirks :p... and burneeed one could get a bathing suite like that on msn paint ;)

Thank you ! Losing 55 lbs was one of the best things I have ever accomplished (so far)... healthyeating.. i hope you mean that in a good way ?

Your tummy looks good, no loose skin at all and toned. And you did this without much exercise? Wow..... I doubt my stomach will look that good when I'm done, but I can still hope right?? :p I have lost 22lbs so far since mid November, have about 60plus lbs to go but since the past 2 weeks plus I've only lost like 2lbs and it's kind of frustrating to see the numbers go down so slowly :(

Even when I was 55 lbs heavier I didn't have stretch marks or anything on my stomach. It wasn't really rolly either.. it just stuck out a lot. I think I may just be naturally toned? If that's possible. My arms are slim and toned too and they always were in comparison to my body. My legs have always been muscular and not flabby.. there's just less fat covering the muscle now.

Anyway... I know how you feel about not watching the weight come off as quickly. I've been stuck around 150 for a few months.. it's a lot harder to drop the last few lbs when it's winter and you go to school full time and work part time.
