Correction!

I forgot the small bowl of collard greens I had with lunch. Not many calories in the greens, but it tasted too good to not have a lot fat, so I am going to guess 200.

corrected total 1,410 calories.

what do you mean by WAGS?
Wild A** Guess. Its' a term of art used by engineers, the ones I work with anyway.

Great job while on your trip, Rob!!

Yesterday wasn't bad, eating well mostly in restaurants often chosen for the kids can be hard, but not impossible.
Hahaha that’s awesome. I’m going steal that!
There is also the Scientific WAG, a SWAG, considered a little more precise than a WAG.

Tuesday
breakfast restaurant oatmeal 250
raisins 80
1/2 grapefruit 52

lunch - the best I could do at Diary Queen
1 chicken strip 120
1 bite buttered toast 10

dinner, ordered a Mexican salad, it was long on glop and short on salad, but it did taste good
lettuce, not much but I ate it all 10
glop (meat, beans, sauce, etc), I ate a little more than half a real WAG, 800 calories
guacamole 40
sour cream 23
3 tortilla chips 23

total calories 1,408

Back home, and back to the land of scales, measuring devices, and tables with calories, so fewer WAGs and SWAGs.

Thanks to all for stopping by, I always appreciate the advice and support. I'll catch up over the next few days.

The moment of truth comes tomorrow morning when I weigh in, I'll see how accurate my WAGs and SWAGs have been.

All you can do when you're away is the best you can & it sounds like you have done very well. Even if the scales show an increase you have the ability to quickly get rid of that again. You have got this.

In 1121 BC, or so Troy was destroyed. Or maybe it was, there doesn't seem to be a lot of agreement on this.

I think that’s a tough test and you did well, Rob. I am often most tempted in family and social situations and especially on trips. Fantastic job!

In 1250 the first Rialto Bridge was constructed in Venice, prior to that it was a floating pontoon bridge. It has been rebuilt several times since, the current stone bridge was not constructed until 1591. I have been to Venice several times, it is my favorite city. No cars, just foot traffic and boats, it is a very unique place.

In 1318 there nothing much happened that was of much interest to me. There were wars and battles in places like Scotland, Italy, Ireland, and Valdemar Magnusson, a Swedish prince and Duke of Finland was starved to death in a dungeon. It was a pretty grim time. I suspect there were lots of atrocities elsewhere in the world, but European history seems to be easier to find.
Found this post in my diary.
I thought you might be missing it :D
