Yesterday was a good day, I ate well, exercised and feel good. As soon as I wake up I plan to try another mountain assault this morning. I somehow developed a good blister walking Thursday, will to to bandage it, but if that doesn't work I may cut it short. We'll see.
My butt and shoulders have been sore for basically the past two months... But it´s paying off!
I have been feeling some soreness since starting the exercise as well, nothing too bad. The soreness feels a lot better than arthritis pains, and I am feeling a lot less of those.
All continues to sound great Rob--wonderful about all the exercise and the benefits for the arthritis!
Thanks Liza, I really did not know that exercise could help with the arthritis. I was lucky my arthritis was not bad, but my knees did bother me. Not so much now. And I have discovered that what arthritis I did and do have should not limit what I do.
And congratulations on making it to a full year of no binging!
Thanks LaMa, it does feel good, and I am amazed, never thought I could do it.
I love that you said you went on a 9.5km walk, push mowed the lawn for an hour, but no workout.
Thanks Cate, I am beginning to feel funny when I don't exercise. Probably a good thing.
your one-year anniversary gift to yourself is the amazingly improved quality of life - what a gift! (
And all home-made in your own workshop!
)
Thanks Amy, and that is a good way of looking at it. Can't think of anything I would want more.
Here's good vibes to maintaining it (which I think you will).
Thanks Misty, and I know I will need them. I fully expect maintaining to be harder than losing.
Thanks Petal, nice of you to say. I do hope for a good weekend, hike today and boating tomorrow.
