I am new to this board and not sure if this is the best place to post but thought I would give it a try...
Started an exercise routine about a year ago and haven't stuck with it completely but that is besides the point. When I started last year I was jogging around my area and one day I started to have an "allergic" reaction. Hives, swelling, etc. This has happened several times since the initial reaction. I am taking anti-histamines but am not 100% positive it is under control enough to go back outside and exercise.
Has anyone else experience this and if so what have you done about it? I exercise indoors (step aerobics) but it starts to get boring after a while and would be nice to not be restricted to always going to the gym to exercise.
Thanks for any advice...
