all upper body workout

hi..im 15..not a small 15 year old..anymore..about 5'10..165..bench max about 210..curl 40's..only interested in upper body..and when i workout i do all of the upperbody body exercises and arm exercises in one day..i workout about 2-3 times a week..for about 2 hours..and run 2-3 times a week..i always see how people split up their muscles groups in diff days..is this more effective..ive been seeing results...take 2 protein shakes a day..getting pretty strong..should i continue with my routine which i really love..or switch and break up my groups?...thanks for the advice..

splitting muscle groups are great for gains like that. Encorporate leg routines in your off days though. You dont want a massive upper body with skinny toothpick legs :D
 
i prefer to split the muscle groups up, but you'll find some that are a fan of the full body workout. nothing wrong with either way.

however, you shoudl not lift for 2 hours at a time. after about 45-60 min the cortisol levels get too high. also, you should incorporate legs even if you are only interested in upper body. the testosterone that leg exercises like the squat release will help immensely when doing upper body training.
 
Sounds like you're using too much volume in your routine. Cut back on each training session and you'll probably make better gains.
