This is my journal I guess. Not much else to say other than I'll be sharing some pretty personal emotions in here. Please, be sentitive and just try to encourage me as best you can. I'll be tracking exercises that I enjoy and dislike, as well as foods I find helpful and healthy. I'll post my weight goals and achievements as well.
