Boy, ya I'm going to start trying to lose weight... I'm just sick of being overweight.... Here's what I'm planning tell me what you think. Crunches quite often.. not a set amount of them just a good amount I did 60 last night with small breaks every 10 and I'm also going to stop eating so much. I plan on not getting snacks anymore in school or getting french fries with my lunches and at work (I work at McDonald's how wonderful for my weight eh?) I'll eat like I have been maybe a McChicken or something but not anything big. During the summer I'm planning on walking/running a good bit and if anybody has any tips please do spread them. THANKS!
 
Nice work on 60 crunches!

I'm not an expert so this might be wrong, but I'd suggest:

Doing cardio for 30 to 60 minutes
Eating small healthy meals often (5 or 6 times a day) instead of big meals 3 times or less
Do some weight training, especially on your larger muscle groups like your legs
Drink lots and lots of water
