Anyways, to me stuff like this always turns into a case of principle. Whenever someone gets treated unfairly because of race, sex, etc, I explode
But the point is that they don't have to base only on BMI. Like they can do it by BMI, then those who are over 30 can report in for a BF% and get a waiver. Of course, a vast majority will be over 30 BMI because of higher weight due to high BF%.
