Hey guys, whats up?

So my name is Alex, i'm 19 years young, and this is my attempt to lose my extra pounds. So currently i am 5'11", and tipping the scales at 250 lbs. Ever since I can remember i've been heavy. I've tried many times unsuccessfully to lose it too. Hopefully this is the time. So I've gone over my current weight; my ideal weight would be 190 lbs. Hopefully i can achieve this by the beginning of next year, thats roughly 2 pounds a week.

So anyways, i might as well detail how i plan on doing this. Hopefully you guys can give me tips or point out anything i'm doing wrong. So i'm eating close to 4 to 5 times a day. each meal is really small and close to 300 to 400 calories each. Im trying to keep my calories under 1600 a day. I am drinking only water and occasionally milk. In the water i mix half a crystal light packet. I used to play baseball in high school, so i spend alot of time at the gym running on the treadmill and lifting weights. So i'm trying to eat better and i'm trying to be more active.
