Dedicated - I'm so glad you enjoyed your dance class! I love mine too I look forward to it every week! I'm curious to find out what you learned about. I do hip-hop so it’s just choreographed dances.
WittBound- Wow, we are really similar. It's good to find someone also in college, we can help each other. I don't think most people actually understand how hard it really is to healthy food in college. Those all you can eat cafeterias can kill you haha.

Ok, well I didn't have a bad day yesterday with my food choices, but a bad day in general. I haven't been sleeping well lately (another aspect of college I’m not used to). And believe me, I am miserable without my 8 hours.
As for today, I'm really happy with my choices.

I was really tired and didn't want to go to the gym, but i made it there and did my usual hour on the elliptical and after that I decide to run a mile. It was difficult but I'm glad I did it and I feel so good right now.
My clothes are definitely looser. I can tell, my pants fall down when i walk around haha. I know it's a good thing but it’s also very annoying. I'm going home this weekend and I can't wait to weigh myself to see how lose I was to my Feb. 20th goal. Also maybe I’ll dig up some pictures of what I used to look like before I lost 15 pounds and what I look like now. I'm not sure yet I’m a little shy with that kind of things.
P.S. So far so good with the weekly goal!
