Hello All! My name is AJ and im 19 years old and currently weighing in at 140 pounds. I have been doing the weight watchers program on and off for about 3 years now and lost 15 pounds. I recently joined the program again in the beging of May and i havent lost a single pounds. I'm really have some motavation problems! So that is why i am here. I had a journal here before and it seemed to really help. I haven't decided whether i want to loose 10 or 15 pounds yet, so my first goal will be 10 and ill figure out the next step after that. I'm going to the beach at the end of July so i really need to get a move on with my diet.
