ahhhhh!

is it just me or do days go by unbelievably slow when your on a diet? i seriously get home from school, eat some sort of meal, then somehow manage to waste a couple hours being really bored, then i eat dinner, and after dinner lasts forever and im having cravings for foods the entire time
 
Its true - if you go to the gym or do somethging else thats active, not only will you forget about food, you will also be doing yourself good, burning calories and speeding up your metabolism. All of which will help you reach your goals.
 
yup I agree...go to the gym, run a mile or two or even bike ride or go to the park and roller blade, there is always something to do to keep your mind off of food, go hiking or some pilates or yoga :D
 
What's the first three letters in diet spell? Exactly.

Learn to eat well throughout the day and your life will not revolve around food. Others have good points too. Don't diet. Eat healthy. After dinner take a walk, read a nutrition book or do something to occupy yourself.

If you are occupying yourself then adjust your healthy eating program so that you do not have cravings.
 
i should also mention that im 15, so i really cant get to a gym everyday, theres some gym i could easily bike to, but its more of a pro bodybuilders gym...
 
Make friends with the bodybuilders :) They don't bite.

Ride your bike, do pushups, do crunches, go running, do jumping jacks, sprint back and forth in your yard... etc.

Be creative.
