monday chest legs
squats
leg curls
calf raises

wednesday back biceps
pull ups
Bent over rows
dumbell rows
hammer curls
dumbell curls

friday shoulders triceps
shoulder press
laterial raises
shrugs
dips
tricep extension

why cant i grow! ....

make sure you are not overtraining, we need to know volume for each exersice.. sets and reps and such.. maybe try 3 full body days? thats what made me start noticing gains..

i take a week off every 2 months or so.. i cant do deadlifts because i have a bad back..and i do a 2x8 set/rep routine and sometimes a 4x8.

So you do 8 reps for every set for every exercise?

If that's the case you need more variety, in terms of reps and sets.

And don't be changing your routine every two weeks. A rule of thumb is giving a routine 8 weeks, or more, to fully evaluate it.

And a side note, you didn't mention cardio, if you are doing too much - that could be taking away from any gains as well

I must say, apart from the low calories, you certainly do not seem to be doing totally off the track.

Have you seen maybe some definition / size or strength gains over the 2 years?
