can anyone help me on this question please

identify 2 resistance training exercises in which the biceps muscles are

a-the agonists

b-the antagonists




or can someone tell me what the 2 words mean please

Agonist - primary mover. Rows, chin-ups, curls.

Antagonist - Muscles that resist the primary mover. Bench Presses, shoulder presses, skullcrushers.

Agonist: any primary moving muscle or group of muscles
(Bench press - ant. deltoid chest/ Deadlift - Glutes and quads)

Antagonist: any eccentrically charged or stretching muscle
( Bench Press - lower traps, rhomboid/ Deadlift - Hamstrings)

Synergist: any mucle or group of muscles stabilizing or assisting primary and joints)
(Bench press - lat. deltoids triceps forearms/ Deadlift - "core area" erector spinae adductors)
