Agility progression for H.S. athletes

Ideas for an agility progression for H.S. athletes???

I am starting to train 4 male and 4 female basketball players. Both groups have very different goals. The boys want to build bulk, of course, and the girls want explosion and quickness. The all have a good base of strength and considerable experience with free weights. The beginning of the school year, the coaches have been doing some agility exercises with them (i.e. stairs, ladder), so, we are not starting from scratch here.

My questions is this, does anyone have a good agility/functional strength program to progress these young (ages 16-18) athletes along? I am looking for fresh ideas of some functional and practical agility and strength exercises to keep their attention. I know the standard stability ball, medicine balls, and upright exercises instead of prone, but I just need some specifics. Oh BTW I only have an hour with them 2-3 x week. Any help is much appreciated!!
