Hi my name's Chelsey. For awhile now I've been slackin. I started my weight loss journey at 243:

My goal is to lose 10 pounds by this time next month.
 
Looking good! 70 pounds is a huge accomplishment :)

Feb is such a great month to move along on your goals too because I feel like summer can get sooo hot so its always nicer to start working at it again! Are you doing a sport or just home gym stuff?
 
Thanks for your support. I'm really gonna do it this time.

I go to the gym and do the circuit training there. On other days I purely focus on running. I pick stairs over the lift, and just other things that make my day a little more difficult.

I went through more up and downs, but I'm back in the game, and I currently weigh 161.

No pics yet, however, my legs are in the shape of their life. Biking, my new method of getting around, will give me legs of an Olympian! My tummy is smaller, my face is slimmer, my butt looks pretty awesome too.

I've been running or biking everyday and watching what I eat.
 
Such an inspiration! I start my journey 5'3, 200lbs. I got down to 147 but now am back up to 180 :( How do you stay motivated and what is your meal/work out routine
