After Madcow 5x5?

Hey guys. I'm about 5'6" and a 145lbs (not sure on bf but prolly around 20%?) I've been doing Madcow's 5x5 for like 5 months now and I'm really looking to change it up. Diet wise I'm doing about 2300 calories a day with roughly 35/40/25 p/c/f split.

I was thinking of doing some circuit training since I don't do cardio and it seems like it could be a good mix, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have a good circuit training workout? Has it worked for anyone?

If I continue to do madcow's would it be bad. Can my body get used to the workout and it no longer be as beneficial as possible.
