after everymeal i bloat why how do i stop this

after everymeal i bloat up and look kinda fat in da tummy i have a six pack but after every meal my tummy bloats up and sticks out i want it to stay flat all the time so how do i do this. is it my diet or exercise. please help.
 
I have the same problem mate. I have a nice shapely tummy, you can see my top abs but not the bottom ones which I don't mind because on a women I think it looks a bit manly.

Anyhow I have a really flat tummy nice and lean. But when I eat my lower abbs or tummy bloats. After about one hour its fine and I don't think it is diet or training as both my diet and training is great. You can see my daily routine on the forum, I've just asked for advice actually.

How much do you eat though? If I have a light meal my tummy doesn't bloat if I go out for a meal and have a real starchy meal then it does liek pizza or pasta. Loo kat the foods you are eating or fizzy drinks. Otherwise don't worry as it can't stay flat all the time.

Something else that has helped me is nettle tea occasionally at night, it will detox you and you will go to the loo and cleanse your body if you know what I mean. Soemthing else I take is kelp tablets, they help quick digestion after a meal.

I wouldn't agree that it's something to 'get over'.
Your stomach expands when you eat, it doesn't naturally 'bloat', as in, that feeling of bloatedness.
That used to happen to me aswell, no matter what i cut out, wheat, rye, oats, fruit, peanuts, vinegar...
Since going raw it has stopped, but if i eat cooked foods, it happens again.
I must being doing something right, now, so i'm not going to change it.
